About Us
Passionate About Racing
ICAN was officially launched in 2021 to assume the role of ‘Big Brother’ for young drivers. The team has been involved in nurturing and developing young driver talent for the past 14 years and recently decided to formalise this collective knowledge into a driver development programme that takes care of all the small and large details on the driver’s career journey.

Talent Identification and Development
ICAN-Management conducts national talent searches and provide structured training programmes to help young drivers develop strategies that align with their objectives and leverages their extensive network to achieve excellent results.
Athlete Support and Management
Guiding young racers in all aspects of their careers, from skill development to brand management. We handle all administrative and travel requirements and is involved in the personal development, friendships, assistance in family values and morals of our drivers.
International Opportunities
Partnering with leading global motorsport academies to ensure international exposure and competition readiness. We facilitate both non-professional and professional placements and handle all contractual obligations for the young driver.
Diversity and Inclusion
ICAN-Management provides a dedicated missionary/mentor to support each young driver’s specific program. Promoting accessibility and inclusivity to ensure motorsport represents the rich diversity of South Africa.
